Working at Gang-nail has given me the opportunity to grow my career beyond the role of a truss designer. There are new challenges and opportunities every day so there’s always something to learn. I work on projects that sometimes push the boundaries of design and see them built all over the province. I’ve become friends with co-workers, and we rely on each other’s experience and knowledge to find the solutions we need every day.
