I’ve been with Gang-Nail for approximately a year working as a Designer/Estimator. In the short time that I have been here I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the engineering & design field. Each and every day is different in terms of what project you get to design. There is always something new to learn and to challenge your design skills and creativity, which makes every project fun and rewarding and leaves you with a sense of pride and accomplishment at the end of the day. The work environment is very casual and flexible, with a great management team and fellow employees that encourage you and instill confidence in your abilities to allow you to grow and advance your skill set within the company.
